The facial hair are tintable. The DEMOS are also tintable.

NOT SURE HOW TO TINT A TATTOO LAYER?
-Open your inventory
-Right click on the item and "Add" the tintable item
-From the inventory, right click on the added item, then click on "Edit"
-In the "Editing Tattoo" window that opens, click on the "Tint/Color" square
-In the "Color Picker" window that opens, move the cursor until you get the color you want.
-Then click on "Save As" and rename the item by choosing a name for the color you just made.
